Bantayan is the main and largest island of the Bantayan island group that lies close to the geographical centre of the Philippine archipelago.
The island group includes numerous smaller islands (some uninhabited or uninhabitable). The islands are all small and green and low, virtually indistinguishable one from another.
Beside skydiving or enjoy the beach and laidback ambiance there is not too much to do. Though you could go to malepascua island to make a dive and you can hire a boat to virgin island. Quite a few restaurants owned by foreigners are around. We included in our package below Amihan Beach cabanas resort with just 7 cottages.
