PASALUBONG - term for "gift" in the native Filipino language |
|
Gift giving is a custom rooted on the Filipino's inherent
characters of hospitality and generosity. It is a
time-honored tradition extended to family, friends and guests. While
going on a tour with
us, especially the longer tours where we have time
to interact with the locals, or while you encounter a fiesta, chances
are you will
be invited by someone to eat something or to accept a
small gift. |

Traveler's Reviews
My family took a three week long vacation that required us to move a lot and
for that reason we decided to use Filipino Travel Center. We were very
pleased and satisfied with this travel agency's services. The communication
prior to travel was great and the Philippines tour arrangements too. They
took care of everything, which was very important to us, since we traveled
with our three year old.:) The European owners of the agency are very
nice and helpful. We are already thinking of another travel and contacting
them again......:) Thanks , we had a great time in The Philippines.
