NORTHERN LUZON
The most impressive destination is probably Banaue. A 10 hours drive north from Manila, Banaue is known for its rice terraces, which can compete to be the most beautiful
terraces in the world. 5 hours drive north from Banaue, Sagada offers good hiking possibilities and is renowned for the funeral rites.
Baguio thrives on local
tourism. Located another 7 hours drive from Sagada along one of the worst (but most scenic) roads, Baguio
is dubbed “summer capital” for the cooler temperatures all year round.

, mostly visited by Asians offering Casino and Golf Course ; Pagudpud , the only white sand beach in Luzon (with accommodation).
