The offered internet rates are our Discounted rates during the Regular Season of November 1 - June 15. In the Regular Season during Peakdates ( Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter / Philippine Summer Vacation) hefty surcharges may apply. Due to limited room capacity, accommodations are often fully booked well in advance. A minimum period of stay may also be required.

Special cases (general statement, actual may vary upon booking):
--Children (Max. 2) staying with adults are free of charge sharing bed, unless an own bed is requested.
--10% Service charges & 10% Government tax are already included.
--Discounts available, provided: a) more than 10 - 15 rooms at same period of stay or b) more than 15 adults travelling at the same time or c) stay longer than 7 nights.
-- Special monthly rates available. Long stay must be fully pre-paid.
